The application submission deadline is 15 December 2025, 2pm. At AGH University, you must apply via the eCOP system. The card registration deadline is 8 December 2025.

The call is open to proposals for research projects carried out in international bilateral or trilateral cooperation under the Weave programme as well as projects carried out with the use of large international research equipment by the Polish research teams.

The principal investigator shall be a researcher with or without a PhD degree whose scientific achievements include at least one research paper published or accepted for publication. The call does not impose any minimum or maximum requirements regarding the principal investigator’s degree or seniority, the budget of a single project, or the composition of the team.

OPUS projects can be planned for 12, 24, 36, or 48 months, and OPUS LAP projects for 24, 36 or 48 months, depending on the country of residence of the partner team.

OPUS LAP proposals are evaluated by NCN experts together with other proposals submitted to the call, and the results of the evaluations shall be accepted by partner agencies.

International cooperation is not mandatory under OPUS 30 and proposals submitted in partnership with foreign partners will not be given preferential treatment over proposals submitted without such partnerships.
