PROM to support academic mobility at AGH University

The AGH University of Krakow has been selected as a beneficiary of the 2025 edition of PROM, NAWA’s short-term academic exchange programme. The allocated budget of PLN 967,000 allows for the implementation of up to 80 mobilities.

The project submitted by AGH University, being one of 35 universities that applied, was co-financed by the European Union funds under the project "Short-term academic exchange as a way to improve the quality of education in higher education and research institutions", reference number FERS.01.05-IP. 08-0218/23.

PROM is a short-term academic exchange programme that enables:

  • participation in conferences abroad (presentations, poster sessions)
  • collection of materials for doctoral theses or articles
  • participation in summer and winter schools
  • research carried out using unique equipment or instruments
  • participation in short forms of education (courses, workshops, internships, study visits, including at businesses)
  • archival and library research
  • conducting classes
  • drafting an international grant application.

Application for funds to implement the PROM programme was submitted by the AGH University Centre for International Affairs (coordinator of the action) in cooperation with the AGH University Doctoral Student Government, the AGH University Student Government, the AGH University Erasmus Student Network, and the Council of Student Research Clubs.

The PROM exchange recruitment process will start soon – we encourage you to check the news on the website of the AGH University Centre for International Affairs regularly so that you don't miss any information!
