AGH Racing successful at Formula Student Poland

The AGH Racing team returns from Formula Student Poland with impressive results and valuable experience. Hosted on the Autodrom Słomczyn circuit, the international competition brought together teams that are passionate about race car design and construction.

Formula Student Poland is organised into two categories: EV (Electric Vehicle) and CV&HY (Combustion Vehicle & Combustion Hybrid Vehicle). The young engineers from AGH University competed in the EV category.

The first two days of the Formula Student focused on static events, including Engineering Design and the Business Plan Presentation. During this stage of the competition, AGH Racing successfully completed the demanding technical inspections. Over the following two days, students competed in the much-awaited dynamic disciplines.

In the end, AGH Racing came second in the SkidPad event, third in Acceleration, and the total of their points from all events secured the team fourth place in the overall standings. In addition, the team was presented with The Best Polish Team Award.

“Behind each of our achievements lie dozens of sleepless nights, hundreds of calculations and simulations, and a passion that unites us. It’s a wonderful way to wrap up such a demanding season. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us during this time. Thanks for keeping your fingers crossed!” says Dawid Wysocki, team head.
