ERC Workshop for grant applicants

The National Contact Point at the NCBR, together with the ERC Ambassadors – Prof. Justyna Olko and Prof. Michał Tomza – invites you to an ERC workshop held on 17 November 2025, from 10am to 5pm, in Warsaw at the Presidential Hotel, Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79. The event is intended exclusively for researchers planning to submit an ERC grant application.

The first part will include a panel discussion with ERC panelists, moderated by the ERC Ambassadors. In the second part, participants will split into three domain groups: LS – Life Sciences, SH – Social Sciences and Humanities, PE – Physical Sciences and Engineering. The workshops will be led by ERC grantees, who will share their experiences and practical tips on preparing competitive proposals. The event will conclude with one-to-one consultations with the grantees.

Note: The number of places is limited. Only selected applicants will receive a confirmation.

For those interested, an online training session on ERC rules and formalities will be held on 14 November, 10am to 12pm. The meeting link will be emailed to registered participants.
