Integra awarded by the Minister of Education and Science

Integra, a Student Research Club at the AGH University, was presented with an award of the Minister of Education and Science for outstanding young scientists. On behalf of the Research Club, the award was received by its supervisor, Dr hab. Marek Długosz.

Integra AGH operates at the Department of Automatic Control and Robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering. It brings together enthusiasts of robotics interested in automation, electronics, physics, or modelling. The main activity of the Club is to create and constantly improve mobile and autonomous robots. What is more, Integra organises Robocomp, a robotics festival. Members of the student club actively participate in numerous conferences and workshops, during which they have an opportunity to present their projects. The team is also closely involved in charity events such as Szlachetna Paczka.

Integra won multiple awards in national and international competitions. In 2022, it was on the podium of the prestigious F1TENTH Korea Championship, an autonomous vehicle competition. The student team from the AGH University was the only one to represent Europe.
