About the company
SATIM develops advanced AI systems for the automatic analysis of SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) imagery. Their flagship product, the OREC platform, transforms raw SAR data into actionable intelligence by automatically detecting and classifying objects such as vessels, vehicles, and aircraft – in near real time, regardless of weather conditions or time of day.
The company specialises in the analytics and data processing layer, and its platform is compatible with data from any SAR sensor. SATIM’s solutions have been successfully validated during NATO exercises and operationally tested by the German Army through a contract with Rheinmetall.
About the meeting
During the session, the SATIM team will present how AI can be applied to the analysis of SAR imagery to support strategic decision-making in the defence and critical infrastructure sectors. They will also share insights into collaboration opportunities available for students of the AGH University of Krakow.
