Even if we manage to stop the increase of the average temperature at the level of below 1.5-2°C in relation to the preindustrial era, the humanity will not escape the existentially threatening consequences of the planet warming, e.g. heatwaves, droughts, torrential rains, fluctuations in agricultural production. We have asked the experts: Who is the most exposed to the impact of climate change? What engineering solutions should we implement to protect people from effects of extreme weather phenomena? Will the changing climate zones influence what we put on our plates?
