The AGH UST was proudly represented by Professor Rafał Dańko, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, participant in the main panel, and Joanna Jaworek-Korjakowska, Dr hab., deputy head of the Department of Automatic Control and Robotics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering, who chaired the discussion panel titled AI in Monetary Systems, Fintech and Blockchain and participated in the AI in Transportation, Energy and Infrastructure panel. The chairperson of the conference was Professor Piotr Moncarz, a Polish-American engineer, Consulting Professor at Stanford University, who specialises in civil and materials engineering, new technology implementations, and construction catastrophe investigations.
During their stay, in addition to scientific discussions, our representatives have also established cooperation with the US-Polish Trade Council (USPTC), which is an association that works to strengthen cooperation between Poland and the United States in terms of economic exchange, research collaboration, and technological development. The association also engages in activities related to education and promotion.
