The Winter School "Space Through Literature, Theatre, Cinema, and other Arts" is now open for applications! This unique programme will take place in Rome, Italy from 9 to 13 December 2025, offering students an extraordinary opportunity to explore how different art forms interpret and represent outer space. From literature and theatre to cinema and new media, participants will engage with a wide variety of creative perspectives on the cosmos.
The Winter School is organised as a part of the UNIVERSEH2.0 project at the Tor Vergata University of Rome. It aims to bring together students from across Europe to foster interdisciplinary learning, cultural exchange, and creative collaboration.
Preparatory online sessions will take place on 24 and 27 November and 4 December, helping participants get ready for an engaging week in Rome. The programme will be conducted in English.
Participation may be funded through Erasmus+ (subject to eligibility and available funds) or can be self-financed. This is a great opportunity not only to explore space through the arts but also to connect with fellow students from Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, and France.
Registration is open until 7 November 2025, 8pm CET. The number of places is limited, so early application is strongly encouraged.
To apply, please register by filling in the registration form.
Do not miss this chance to spend an unforgettable week in the Eternal City while exploring the universe through creativity and the arts.
