Calendar

The call is open to individuals who obtained their doctoral degree between 5 and 12 years prior to the year of application, i.e. between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2021 (this period may be extended to take account of documented career breaks).

The project may last 36, 48 or 60 months. The eligible costs include remuneration, scholarships, the purchase of scientific and research equipment, software, materials, services, trips, visits, consultations, and other essential costs. The involvement of doctoral student(s) for the total period of at least 36 months is obligatory.

A person may manage a research project funded under SONATA BIS only once.
