The application submission deadline is 13 January 2026, 5pm (CET). At AGH University, you must apply via the eCOP system. The card registration deadline is 6 January 2026.

The Principal Investigators can be of any nationality and shall have successfully defended their first PhD at least 7 and up to 12 years prior to 1 January 2026. Their shall have scientific achievements showing great potential for success and an excellent research proposal. A Consolidator Grant Principal Investigatorn should have already shown evidence of research independence.

Cut-off dates: Successful defence of PhD between 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2018 (inclusive)

The maximum amount of funding is €2 million (when meeting certain conditions even up to €3 or 4 million) for projects taking up to 5 years.
