The University has very modern equipment, which enables carrying out research at international level. An example of it can be the most powerful in this part of Europe microscopes for testing structures of metals, the so-called stiff testing machine, which allows to test precisely the processes of rock cracking and crushing, electron microscopes, devices for complex testing of solids and particularly their surfaces, mass spectrometers, various devices for carrying out environmental testing procedures, etc.
