As part of the event the following services will be provided:

- possibility to collect a residence card after prior appointment and exhibiting proof of payment in paper   form (does not apply to individuals that have paid through the Paybynet system),

- submission of additional documents to pending cases (document submission point),

- free help with preparing and verifying applications,

- general information regarding legalization of residence and employment,

- comprehensive information regarding pending cases.
