As part of the event the following services will be provided:

*       submitting an application for a change to the decision ( when changing the employer, without changing the period of validity of the permit) after prior appointment,

*       submit an application regarding legalization of stay after prior appointment,

*       submission of additional documents to pending cases,

*       free help with preparing and verifying applications,

*       general information regarding legalization of residence and employment in accordance with the amendment to the act,

*       comprehensive information regarding pending cases,

*       possibility to collect a residence card after prior appointment and exhibiting proof of payment in paper form (does not apply to individuals that have paid through the Paybynet system).

 

Attention! In order to submit  application you need to schedule an appointment. Send an email with a subject of "Sobota informacyjna 12.02.2022 – legalizacja pobytu" with the application for legalization of stay and "Sobota informacyjna 12.02.2022– zmiana do decyzji" with the request to change the decision to address rezerwacja.opt@muw.pl and include the following data:

1.     Name and surname,

2.     Citizenship,

3.     Date of birth,

4.     Phone number,

5.     Base of legal stay in Poland (e.g. residence card, visa),

6.     Last day of your legal stay in Poland,

7.     Purpose of application (e.g. work, studies).

 

After sending the email one is to wait for a confirmation with the appointment time.
