Our university will receive PLN 900,426 for activities within the “University’s Didactic Excellence” POWER project. The money will be allocated to support the organisational changes at the AGH UST and improve the professional competences of its employees.
The project is funded within the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme, co-funded by the European Social Fund. Its aim is to increase institutional efficiency and upgrade the didactic competencies of university personnel. The programme promotes positive changes in many aspects of higher education, including in the field of didactic process management and quality of education, as well as offers development opportunities for academic and research staff, and to all members of the academic community who support the didactic process.
Within the project, higher education institutions from across Poland will receive financial support to carry out 52 projects. The total sum awarded by the Ministry of Education and Science is PLN 34,392,392.01.
