On March 20, 2023, the AGH University concluded an agreement on cooperation with the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Centre Val de Loire (INSA CVL) from France. The signers of the agreement included Prof. Yann Chamaillard, Director of INSA CVL, and Prof. Jerzy Lis, AGH University Rector.
The agreement highlights the following areas of cooperation:
- Joint research and educational programmes
- Exchange of scientists, academic teachers, doctoral students, and administrative employees
- Exchange of students and interns
- Double degree programmes
- Organisation of scientific conferences and seminars
- Joint publications.
The Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Centre Val de Loire is one of the Grande Ecole d’Ingénieurs, that is, engineering schools that are subordinate to the French ministry responsible for higher education and research.
