On June 20, 2022, Professor Jerzy Lis, AGH UST Rector, met with Wiaczesław Wojnarowski, Consul General of Ukraine in Krakow. They talked about mutual cooperation, help, and study opportunities for Ukrainian students at our university.
The AGH UST supports refugees from Ukraine by providing shelter to more than 350 people on the premises of the Student Campus. We offer our guests a place to sleep and basic food.
Furthermore, the AGH UST community organises collections of necessities and fundraisers for the everyday needs of Ukrainian refugees, including children (special bank account opened in March: PL02 1240 4575 1111 0000 5461 5391 with the title: “AGH for Ukraine”).
