The AGH UST launches the implementation of the University Educational Excellence project

This July, the Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN) announced the results of a call within the University Educational Excellence project, co-funded by the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development. Our offer was one of 52 other proposals approved by MEiN. Our university will receive more than PLN 900,000. The project will be carried out by the Centre of e-Learning in cooperation with several other AGH UST units.

The aim of the project is to foster the quality of education, professionalise academic teachers, develop innovative forms of education, and support the educational infrastructure.

The Centre of e-Learning has planned multifarious activities to enhance the education process at our university, including:

  • Designing a system for recording and monitoring educational achievements
  • Supporting the expansion of competences of academic teachers and administrative employees
  • Expanding the repository of open-access materials related to STEM
  • Supporting VR technologies in the educational process
  • Continuing the mentoring and development programme for AGH UST tutors
  • Organising workshops for academic and administrative employees in leading universities

The agreement on the implementation of the activities was signed on August 11, 2022.

The programme ends on September 30, 2023. If you want to know more about wonderful opportunities offered by the AGH UST, visit the Centre of e-Learning website.
