The AGH UST signed an agreement with the Council of Polish Engineers in North America

On November 4, 2022 at the Polish Embassy in Washington, USA, the AGH UST signed an agreement on cooperation with the Council of Polish Engineers in North America.

The parties shall initiate and develop cooperation aimed at the exchange of knowledge and skills in various fields of technology. The agreement also aims to facilitate the processes of establishing cooperation between the AGH UST and universities in North America with a similar profile.

Our university and the Council shall search for areas of mutual interest and organise presentations and seminars delivered by American specialists at the AGH UST and our scientists at American universities.

The signing of the agreement took place during the Towards Resilient World Symposium and Convention, in which, together with representatives from other Polish technical universities, Prof. Jerzy Lis, the AGH UST Rector, participated.

The event participants discussed the most up-to-date research directions in Poland, the challenges in scientific investigations and development, the transfer of R&D knowledge to industry, and the goals and mechanisms of transatlantic cooperation.
