 ould: - be healthy and rested - have not consumed alcohol for three days pr
 ior to donating blood - have an ID card and/or a card of a Voluntary Blood 
 Donor.\n\nThe blood is taken with utmost precautions by a team from the Reg
 ional Centre for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Krakow.\n\nThe organ
 isers of the event are the Board of the Academic Red Cross Club and the Clu
 b of Voluntary Blood Donors at AGH University in cooperation with the AGH U
 niversity Student Government, AGH ACADEMICA, and the KRAKUS Foundation.\n\n
 At AGH University, blood donations are organised four times a year, one per
  each season. In the autumnal edition, our community donated over 63 litres
  of blood.
