About the conference\n\nAs space exploration enters a new and dynamic phase
, rapid technological progress across many disciplines is reshaping how hum
anity approaches the exploration and utilization of space resources. Addres
sing these challenges requires close cooperation between diverse scientific
and engineering communities.\n\nThe Space Resources Conference provides an
open and interdisciplinary forum for discussing state-of-the-art technolog
ies, emerging concepts, and key challenges related to space exploration and
the responsible use of extraterrestrial resources. A central goal of the c
onference is to promote sustainable approaches that support both the future
of space activities and the protection of Earth’s environment.\n\nThe 2026
edition places a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, bring
ing together experts from engineering, planetary science, robotics, materia
ls science, economics, and related fields. Participants will explore innova
tive pathways for space resource utilization, in-space manufacturing, and t
he development of future off-Earth infrastructure.\n\nBuilding on the succe
ss of previous editions, the conference will once again host an internation
al community of researchers, practitioners, and industry representatives. T
he agenda includes plenary and invited lectures, technical sessions, poster
presentations, panel discussions, and industry-focused contributions. A ra
nge of social and cultural events will further support networking and knowl
 edge exchange among participants.
