SUMMARY:GRIEG BIS (call for proposals)
DESCRIPTION:Funding is available for international partnerships led by Poli
 sh research organisations, involving at least one partner from the EEA Coun
 tries: Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein. While the call is open to all res
 earch fields and topics, proposals must address challenges within at least 
 one of the three priority areas:\n\n 	the European green transition, 	democ
 racy, the rule of law, and human rights, 	social inclusion and resilience. 
 \n\nUnder GRIEG BIS, research projects may be planned for a period of 36 mo
 nths. Funding is available for international partnerships led by Polish res
 earch organisations, involving at least one partner from Norway, Iceland or
  Liechtenstein. The total costs of partners from EEA countries must not exc
 eed 40% of the total project budget. The partners prepare a single joint ap
 plication, which is submitted electronically by the Project Promoter (based
  in Poland) via the OSF submission system. The Principal Investigator must 
 have a doctoral degree at the time of submission. The call is open to all r
 esearch fields and topics, however, projects must relate to at least one of
  the programme’s three priority areas.\n\nThe total budget for the call is 
 EUR 50 million, and the amount of funding for a single project can range fr
 om EUR 800,000 to 1.5 million.\n\nTo facilitate the formation of internatio
 nal research consortia, the NCN has launched a dedicated EEA&Norway Grants 
 Partner Matchmaking Tool. The platform enables Polish research organisation
 s and potential partners from Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein to showcase
  their expertise and establish direct contacts. We highly encourage all int
